A Bradford burger restaurant will find out next week if it will be able to extend its opening hours until 2am.
Moons on Leeds Road opened last year, and is currently licensed to open until 11pm.
An application to extend these hours was submitted to Bradford Council earlier this year, and on Thursday a Licensing Panel will decide whether to grant the extended licence.
The Council’s Environmental Health team has raised concern about the later opening.
A letter to the panel says: “The location is close to residential properties and we are likely to get complaints. This type of activity attracts taxis, raised voices and customer vehicles parking outside this venue playing music and slamming doors.
“There are housing association flats directly opposite the venue.”
The panel meets in City Hall at 10am.
