A takeaway has been allowed a late-night licence after agreeing to measures to prevent public nuisance.
Rajas, on Woodsley Road in Hyde Park, can serve fast food for collection and delivery until 1am at weekends.
Leeds City Council received objections from people living nearby, who raised concerns over possible noise, litter and rodents if food was served after 11pm.
The business, which has a city centre outlet on New Briggate, first applied to sell food until 2am at weekends and 1am Thursday to Sunday.

A licence for late-night refreshment was granted after reduced hours were agreed with the council’s environment team.
A licensing hearing was told Rajas had operated in the city since 2010 and spent ÂŁ100,000 refurbishing the Woodhouse site.
Chris Lucan, representing Rajas, told councillors: “There is absolutely no identified history of nuisance or any other form of problem involving these premises, or any other operated by the applicant before you.”
To address concerns over noise from delivery drivers, a “quiet zone” was established at the site.
Councillors were told pest control measures would be in place and door staff would be employed at weekends.
Rajas had written to the objectors, explaining how their concerns were being addressed.
Mohammed Junaid Tariq, Rajas director, said: “They have my personal contact. Then can call me with any issues.”
A licensing sub-committee granted the licence following the hearing at Leeds Civic Hall.
Rajas will be permitted to serve until 1am, Friday and Saturday, and 12,30am for the rest of the week.
