Two men have pleaded not guilty to five charges relating to a fatal house fire.
Mohammed Shabir and Calum Sunderland, both from Keighley, appeared via video link at Bradford Crown Court to face four counts of murder and one of attempted murder.
Both pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Judge Jonathan Rose, Honorary Recorder of Bradford, remanded them in custody until a case management hearing at Bradford Crown Court on 6 February, in advance of a trial on 4 March.
Bryonie Gawith, 29, and her three children – Denisty, nine, Oscar, five, and 22-month-old Aubree – died after a blaze ripped through their home in Westbury Road, Bradford, last month.
Four other people remain under investigation in connection with the incident.
A 39-year-old man arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder remains in hospital in a critical condition.
A man aged 36, arrested last month on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, has been interviewed and released on conditional bail.
A 54-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man, arrested last month on suspicion of assisting an offender, have also been interviewed and released on bail.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has warned members of the public not to share any information which could prejudice criminal proceedings.
Amanda McInnes, of the CPS for Yorkshire and Humberside, said: “Our thoughts are with the friends and family of Bryonie and her children. We remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against the defendants are active and that they have a right to a fair trial. It’s extremely important that there should be no reporting or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.
Emergency services were called to the family home in the early hours of 21 August.
At the time in a tribute, the children’s father, Jonathan, said he was “absolutely distraught at the sudden loss of my fiancée Bryonie and our three beautiful children.”
He added: I loved them will all my heart and I had the chance I’d take their place in a heartbeat. I can’t imagine life without them.”
