Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery on Sunbridge Road, Bradford.
Officers were called to just outside the post office at around 9am on Thursday 27 July when a woman had her purse stolen from her.
The suspect ran from the scene and was chased by two members of the public who managed to detain the suspect and get the purse back.
The two males left prior to police arrival.
Officers are keen to speak to these two males as witnesses. The first male witness is described as a white male in his 30s with a bald head and around 5ft3 tall. The second male witness is described as a mixed race male with short black hair, mid to late 20s and was wearing a blue tracksuit.
An 37 year old man was arrested in connection with the incident and bailed pending further enquiries.
