These deliciously stuffed potatoes are guaranteed to be a hot favourite with the young ones in your family.
Ingredients
4 medium size potatoes peeled
FOR STUFFING
50 gm. mashed paneer
50 gm. khoya
8-10 kaju (cashews) chopped
8-10 kismish (raisins)
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp chopped dhania
½ tsp Anardana
½ teaspoon white pepper powder
Salt to taste
For marinate
2 cups hung curd
1 tbsp mustard oil
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 cups oil
Method
Scoop out the potatoes, and boil the inner (that has been removed from the potatoes) and
Mix it with the mashed paneer, khoya, green chillies, salt, ginger, chopped kaju, kishmish, dhaniya, anardana. keep the stuffing aside.
Fry the scooped aaloos (potatoes) slightly.
Fill in the stuffing
For Marination
In hung curd, add mustard oil, salt, garam masala, red chillies powder.
Put the dressing over the stuffed aaloos, keep aside.
before the time of serving, bake in tandoor or oven.
Cut into 2 halves and serve hot
These potatoes will melt in your mouth with green chutney
