Several fire crews have attended a large fire at a business near Bantams Stadium this morning.
The fire broke out at a tyre shop believed to be PNX Pitstop, on Thorncliffe Road in Manningham, at around half six this morning.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) said they received a call at 6.24am and 100% of the building is involved.
Five pumps, three large jets and one aerial were being used to dampen the flames.
Bradford, Shipley, Illingworth, Stanningley, Odsal stations were at the scene with an aerial from Leeds being used to treat the firre.
As of 8am, the operation was scaled back to two fire engines.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, said: “Following a call at 06:24 this morning, crews from Shipley, Bradford, Illingworth, Stanningley, Odsal and an aerial from Leeds attended a building fire on Thorncliffe Road, Bradford. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.”
