Rabia Aktar, 44, of Ratcliffe Lane, E14 is due to appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 30 May charged with the murder of 21-year-old Sadiya Akter.
Both women were known to each other.
She was arrested following the incident at an address on Thursday, 23 May to Ratcliffe Lane, E14.
