Police have launched an urgent manhunt after a man was shot in the head in what detectives believe was a targeted firearms attack in Bradford.
Officers investigating the shooting are appealing for information to trace Luqman Khan, 24, from Bradford, who is wanted in connection with the incident.

Khan, described as an Asian man, is believed to have travelled to Suffolk and may be in the Ipswich or Felixstowe areas.
Emergency services were called to Gaythorne Road, at the junction with Parsonage Road in West Bowling, at 10.57pm on Wednesday 8 July after reports that a 28-year-old man had suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he remains in a critical condition.
Initial enquiries suggest the firearm was discharged from a white BMW, which was later found burnt out on nearby Brompton Road.
Police have established crime scenes on Gaythorne Road, Parsonage Road and Brompton Road while specialist officers from the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team continue their investigation.
Two men have already been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A man in his 20s was arrested in West Bowling, where officers also recovered a vehicle. A second man, also in his 20s, was arrested in the Ipswich area.
Detective Chief Inspector Dan Bates, who is leading the investigation, said: “This is a very serious incident where a lethal weapon has been used on the streets of Bradford.
“From initial enquiries we believe this to be a targeted attack. Extensive enquiries remain ongoing.
“Firearms incidents are rare in our communities, but when they do occur, no stone is left unturned to bring those responsible to justice.
“I would like to hear from anyone who knows the whereabouts of Luqman Khan, who we urgently want to locate as part of our enquiries.
“We believe he has travelled to Suffolk and may be in the Ipswich or Felixstowe areas.”
Detectives are also appealing for witnesses or anyone with CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage from the area around the time of the shooting to come forward.
