Each event will have fun activities for all the family including inflatables, a climbing tower, dance, arts and crafts and more.

A spokesperson for Bradford Council said: “We’re delighted to be able to organise these free events in our parks across the district to bring people together to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.”

Cllr Susan Hinchcliffe, leader of Bradford council, said “we have all been through so much over the last few years and have had to miss out on so many festivities and shared moments so getting involved is a fantastic way for us to reconnect”.

The series of events kicks off on Thursday 2 June in Cliffe Castle Park in Keighley, followed by Wibsey Park on Friday 3 June, Lister Park on Saturday 4 June and Roberts Park, Saltaire and Peel Park, Bradford on Sunday 5 June.
