Omicron cases rising in Bradford

There are 258 confirmed cases of Omicron in Bradford as of 23 Decemeber.

Covid-19 cases in Bradford are steadily increasing.
599 people tested positive for the Covid-19 yesterday and in the last seven days, 3,713, people have tested positive for the virus.  This is an increase of 75.8%.
66.3% of all adults in Bradford have had at least two doses of the Covid-19 jab, lower than the national average of 89.9%. Just over 40% of people in Bradford have received a third or booster jab, again lower than the national average of 59.6%.

As of Thursday, 23 December, there are 258 confirmed cases of the Omicron variant.

In the past seven days, there have been two deaths within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test.

On 21 December 2021, there were 47 patients in the hospital with coronavirus.
